There will be a $12.50 health certificate charge for the following states: AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WV, & WY. The rest of the states will not require a health certificate this year.
